I reached out to CCF Restoration through a referral since they completed a job for them back in August. I had a pipe that bursted in the end of December. Ali was very helpful through the whole process communicating and sending lots of pictures from start to finish. We hired Ali following the flooding of August 2025.  We received an extremely fair price, they were able to start our restotration the next day.  They were extremely compassionate of our situation, provided excellent communication.  The work crew was extremely professional & hard working.  Very impressed with how clean they left the basement at the end of each day.  Four of our neighbors were equally impressed and also hired Ali. I have used CCF Restoration twice now for two different projects. The project that stands out the most was the second one. I am a real estate agent and I had a house under contract to be sold in August of 2025. When the huge floods came through the area, the homeowners were left with a wet basement that needed to be cleaned up prior to our closing scheduled for about a week away. Every restoration company I called was booked for months out and not accepting new clients, that’s when I remembered to reach out to Ali. Although he was slammed busy already, he came out and completed this job for us in a huge time crunch and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make sure the house was in good, clean, and sellable condition for my clients and for the future buyers.
